The personal data you provide is processed by Traslochi CD Removals S.r.l. – Via Tito Trocchi 68, 00166 Rome, Italy – for purposes connected with the supply of the services requested (information requests, site surveys, quotations, sending offers and performing the service).

Subject to your consent, the data may also be used for commercial communications. In the first case the legal basis is the performance of a contract, in the second it is consent. Processing is carried out by electronic means in compliance with the security measures required by law.

The data may be disclosed to third parties (External Data Processors) who support the Controller in providing the services offered (website managers, carriers and freight forwarders, IT suppliers, insurance companies), strictly to the extent necessary.

Data is retained for as long as strictly necessary to provide the service, or for longer periods only where required by law.
